Same promise, whichever way you book
1 hour minimum, then billed by the half hour. Every visit type is covered by no fix, no fee.
Every visit ends one of three ways
Mo finds the problem first. What you pay depends on what he finds, and you know which it is before any work starts.
Software, setup, Wi-Fi, a printer that won't talk. You pay for the time it took: 1 hour minimum, then billed by the half hour.
Mo tells you what's wrong and gives you one price for the whole repair, visit included. Say yes and that's the bill. Pass on it and you pay for 1 hour of the visit.
If Mo can't solve it, you don't pay. Not for the visit, not for the time. You get a straight answer on what to do next.
See how the half hours add up
Hourly only works if you trust the clock, so here it is. Pick a visit and a job length and you'll see exactly what the labour comes to.
Not sure how long yours will take? Ask when you book. Mo will give you an honest guess before he starts.
Anything under 1 hour is billed as 1 hour. After that the clock moves in half hours, never a full hour at a time. A job that needs a part gets one all-in price instead, agreed before anything is ordered.
What you can count on
The same rules for every visit and every customer. Nothing here changes once Mo is through the door.
Calgary: no travel fee
NW, NE, SW and SE. The hourly rate is the whole visit charge.
A travel fee applies outside the city. Mo tells you the amount when he confirms your booking, before he drives anywhere.

Questions, answered
No. If Mo can't solve the problem, you don't pay for the visit or the time. That's the no fix, no fee promise, and it covers in-home, business and remote visits.
Mo explains what's wrong and gives you one price for the whole repair, with the visit already included, before anything is ordered. If you say yes, that's the bill. There's no separate visit charge on top.
That's your call, and nobody will push. You pay for 1 hour of the visit, since the problem was found and priced, and you leave knowing exactly what's wrong.
No charge to look. Book a bench time, bring it in, and you only pay the repair price you agree to. In-shop service is by appointment.
Because most visits are short. A printer that won't connect shouldn't cost the same as rebuilding a home network. At $99 an hour, 1 hour minimum, then billed by the half hour, a quick job stays a small bill.
Know the number. Book the visit.
