Visits are billed by the hour, and you know the rate before we arrive. A repair that needs a part gets one all-in price, visit included, before any work begins. If we can't fix it, you pay nothing. Simple as that.
Visits are 1 hour minimum, then billed by the half hour. If Mo can't fix it, you don't pay, and nothing gets opened or ordered until you've said go.

We fix most issues right in your home. If a part needs ordering or bench work, we'll take it to the shop and keep you updated. That job gets one price with the visit included, agreed before anything is ordered.
